RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be intact
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (unless item is defective or wrong item sent)
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

We offer easy exchanges for size or style preferences:

• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Exchange is subject to product availability
• Price difference (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly
• Exchange shipping charges apply

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order you want to return/exchange
3. Click on "Return/Exchange" and fill out the form
4. You'll receive a return authorization and shipping label
5. Package the item securely in original packaging
6. Ship the item back to us using the provided label
7. Once we receive and verify the item, we'll process your return/exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse or wear
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Bank transfer may take additional 2-3 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
